I'm experiencing the same similar speed as you are. Around 400 to 500Kbps down and 120 to 130Kbps up. I'm not very impressed with this service so far and I almost feel I wasted my money on this usb modem considering it costs $109 USB Modem + $25 Activation. There's a $50 mail-in rebate if I have service with them after 90 days, but I doubt I'm staying with them. There's a $35 re-stocking fee for returning the usb modem. So I feel like I'm thoroughly screwed. |
