Those temps are fine. I understand it being odd that the GPU is running cooler then the CPU. However, it does not change the fact that both temps are well below any sort of danger zone. The GPU's danger zone being 120c, and the CPU being 75c.
That CPU temp is on-par. The GPU temp does seem to be to low, oddly. My only suggestion would be to download the latest version of nvidia system tools (6.03), and use that to find what the temps are.
Don't worry about it. I see people worry about temps all the time. However, there is no reason to worry if they are below 60c idle.
