If you're using Java you can also do this in Netbeans 6.1 on the "Services" tab. Netbeans will create a Java class to utilize the services offered by the WSDL.

I don't happen to use Visual Studio. Is there any way to do it with Dreamweaver? Or is there a freeware/low cost tool I could obtain to do this?

We're working with an external payment processor. They gave us a pair of WSDL URL links for their services and said "You should be able to point an IDE at these URL links and they will create the client code quickly." I've never used WSDL before and I'm not sure how to do this. Any suggestions?
