- large display (3.5")
- easy to use
- many usable apps

Downside:
- Data plan manditory just to use the phone
- locked to iTunes - xfer files are restricted
- stylus is available (non standard)
- non-threaded apps

If I don't like my Tilt (which is coming today), I'll replace it with the iPhone or possibly Fuze.
