I fail to understand whats the big deal. If there going to cap it what difference does it make? I guess at the top end you can get the option of paying them for overages faster.

Many users don't download more because they have faster speeds. It just means they get what they want faster. Just because you can drive faster in a Ferrari vs a Yugo doesn't mean you drive further to work everyday.

I had a service call last Friday. The tech who came out said they have been testing DOCSIS 3.0 in Monterey County, CA.

I hope to see it soon!!!

sound like you know nothing about this cap. it is 250gb. the average person does not come close to this.

No he knows exactly what's going on. What's the point of paying more for a 50/10 connection if your going to use it up around 10 x times faster lol. Since when did you become a statistics holder for the "average person". There is no such thing as an "average user", and if there is it's definately not you.

most peoples internet usage does not change with faster speeds they normal do the same old sh*t just faster now
