Many users don't download more because they have faster speeds. It just means they get what they want faster. Just because you can drive faster in a Ferrari vs a Yugo doesn't mean you drive further to work everyday. |

I had a service call last Friday. The tech who came out said they have been testing DOCSIS 3.0 in Monterey County, CA.

Since when did you become a statistics holder for the "average person". There is no such thing as an "average user", and if there is it's definately not you. |
