Shopping for Ethernet or DS3

I am currently shopping for Ethernet and/or DS3 for the company I work for. This will be in Orange County, CA.

Speed: a minimum of 20 Mbps up/down, but needs to be expandable.

Reliability: Near 99.99% uptime, we are a 24/7 company with 24/7 clients.

Other requirements: We would need at least 32 IP addresses (one block of 16 may not be enough)

I am mostly interested in so-called "Metro Ethernet" connections. I have seen several ISP's offering 100 Mbps for instance, for around $3,000 a month, which is also my monthly budget.

I don't mind signing a 2 year or 3 year deal, but I need to know that the ISP I will eventually pick will deliver quality. This is why I turn to DSL reports.

Anyone can recommend me a certain ISP from their personal experience?

you might consider posting this request in the sister BBR forum »ISP b2b etc You'll need to add the service address, and the Bell phone number in service at that location (just area code and exchange). note that lowball pricing such as you mentioned is often available only in "lit" buildings, where a carrier has already installed sophisticated equipment to serve the tenants. In some areas of Orange County there might also be wireless high cap available, which would meet the multiple needs of fast, cheap, reliable, and quick install.
