I recall Rocky missed it because he was away on business. I recall Paul from Acanac posted the minutes or notes (or something) of the meeting they had with Bell that Rocky missed in the CDN broadband forum last summer. Specifically it affected the 5-meg service. The adsl2+ services were another B/W limit that would be the same as Bell's. It was two different things. I'll see if i can find it... I don't have much luck with the search feature of this forum.

mazhurg Premium join:2004-05-02 Portage La Prairie, MB	It's only illegal if they collude to price fix. Companies can partner and agree to offer the same product. They just can't agree to the same product and same price. IMHO anyway. But then, lots to learn every day!
