Just got an advertisement in the mail that explains things...

Apparently you have to have at least high speed internet to get Encore and Movieplex with their companion On Demand offerings. The On Demand part wont start till 11/21 according to tech support.

The Encore and MoviePlex channels are already working here.

What is the high speed internet qualification? I am assuming 6mbps or higher?

I believe it is the 6 meg tier.
