<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1244811"><b>mtoy</b></A> : A couple weeks ago we had WOW phone added to our service. We have 8Mbps internet and Digital cable (cable card/TIVO). Ever since then our HD channels are breaking up. At first it was really bad, WOW came out and apparently a splitter was installed wrong. He fixed it and everything looked good until a few days later when it started again, sporadically, on any HD channel. It happens any time, even when we're not using the phone and internet. Is this a common problem? ]]></description>
