Full duplex=data in both directions at the same time and Full duplex throughput=is the total data transmited in 1sec in any way (I really hate it when companies use "Full duples throughput" as its very stupid to do so
as it is with N its if you use 40Mhz channels then you get 150Mbit each way and if you use both 2.4 & 5 GHz at the same time 300Mbit each way (with 40Mhz channels) |

and with my atheros hardware and fast frames i can get 35mbits tcp with ipref. |

I know in my tests with my 1242AG that on a laptop I can send at27Mbit and recive at 27Mbit at the same time and if I'm only downloading its still only 27Mbit
where as on wired I can push 100Mbit bothways no problem
(these tests are Wireless to wired local server and wired to wired local server)
so unless Cisco did it wrong (ya right then I'd say your wrong)
some odd chipsets use the full channel for one way at a time others properly split it into up and down |
