XO down in NYC

We were down in NYC zip code 10065 for 36 hours until yesterday evening.

XO told us it was an equipment failure at the CO. Ordered a part. Apparently the new part failed too.

Finally came back up yesterday evening when the 2nd part arrived.

We're down again this morning, another failure at the CO.

How could this be? Anyone else affected?
