 | My understanding is that DD-WRT on that model will top out near 22-25 Mbps, using Factory settings.
You need to turn off a bunch of settings in order to max out the speed. Turn off the SPI Firewall, turn off all unnecessary services.
Even then, I'm not certain what the max will be. The G model is quite a low slower than the GL model, and the N model is faster.
I highly recommend the Buffalo GHR-125S, which comes at 216 Mhz stock. |
