Mcalester, OK | It's about a private entity enforcing criminal code. Crimes are supposed to by handled by the elected official, usually a DA, in the jurisdiction and not by private citizens. The complaint here is about law enforcement being handled by a private entity. This is not constitutional and will end up at the supreme court. The record industry needs to act like every other private citizen.
