Re: PLZ,How do i make anoher account to have on desktop

To do what you are asking, you need to create a new account. Make the new account a limited user account and set the computer to automatically log into this account when you turn it on. Inside this trustee account you can make a word document of the emergency information display on the screen automatically.

1 - Make new trustee limited user account account
2 - Set trustee account to start by default
3 - Make the word document open when the computer starts.

If that is what you want then the details to program each step are very simple. Let us know what you need help with.

Why don't you just fill out an Advanced Directives or Medical Power of Attorney to handle the medical issues if you are hospitalized.

Then have a Legal Power of Attorney drawn up for the legal and banking issues.

Then have a printed out list of contacts and wishes and special instructions (including how to access data on your computer).

Then give this packet to your trustee to hold and have handy in case of an emergency. If the paramedic's are taking you out the door, the trustee will not have time to log onto your computer and locate your special instructions.

It'd probably be easier to have a note attached to your monitor that tells someone where to find your emergency information.

You don't explain how (or who) would be shutting down the computer and then logging on as the trustee (or even be instructed on how to do that...)
