A trend is developing - schools in more and more states are required to police their networks. Will ISPs be next?
This trend is even more pervasive then people might imagine--- it's the trend of taxpayer money being used to police the best interests of private companies or industries. There are many examples, schools policing network for infractions being one; The abuse of eminent domain for private gain being another, etc etc
