We have successfully had a video conference in Skype, but the quality was poor.<br><br>I want to surprise her parents for Christmas, and get them a Mac, so we can use iChat AV, and have a higher quality video conference.<br><br>What I need to know are the basics about Belarus broadband.<br><br><b>1) What is the average upload speed in Belarus?<br><br>2) What is the average download speed in Belarus?<br><br>3) Does the government block any ports that would interfere with iChat AV?<br><br>4) What is the pricing structure for internet there? Is it unlimited? I don't want to run their bill up.</b><br><br>Thanks in advance!]]></description>
