Just curious if they are counting actual users or lines. For instance many homes(in the US) have one ISP connection but there may be four (or more) computers (users) using that line. Considering as a country we pretty much hate to share and the Chinese are used to sharing virtually everything, this could skew the numbers considerably.
Edit: I guess I should read the link before posting. They are counting lines. I think my point is still valid though. |
