TalkTalk Direct Debit Issue

I logged in to my talktalk account today and realised that they had charged me £3.50 a month for 4 months 'non direct debit admin fee' despite them successfully taking the money via direct debit on those occasions.

I phoned however and they answered quickly, admitted the error and explained that they will fix it.

I will check back but I have confidence this will be refunded.

P.S Did I say that I detest B.T - the work of the devil
