It doesnt matter as much about how much data is being pumped out (different codecs use difference bandwidth). yup, just like a 192 kilobit AAC audio file will be much higher quality than a 192 kilobit MP3 audio file (I've heard that a 128 kilobit AAC is equal to 192 kilobit MP3, but can't confirm this).
