After many calls to support, and hours checking my computer for problems, they finally sent out someone to check the phone line. It turned out that there was a ground on the main line. I now have a DL speed of about 1mbps. In my case that works just fine. They were able to check the line from their office, but insisted that I go through a lot of un-necessary tests with my computer. This may have happened regardless of which DSL provider you use. |
