<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/843138"><b>Matt</b></A> : They really were massive spammers, my personal email account and our work spam filter saw a dramatic decrease in spam over the last couple of weeks.<br><br>I'd like to know how they came back online briefly? Did the Russian Mob (or whoever is controlling the botnets) threaten or bribe a network engineer at Telia Sonera to bring the network back online? Or is McColo just trying to restore their business because they haven't been charged with a crime?]]></description>
