 I for one don't think the cable or phone companies owe me anything such as free uncapped or unfiltered internet. if the people don't like the network they're using from Bell then they should go out and build their own. If you don't want to build your own then you should shut up and stop bitching.

The same goes in the US as far as the "unlimited" bullshit. Nothing is unlimited if you don't like what Comcast is giving you step up to the plate and start building your own network and see how much bandwidth someone can cost you and then you can have a say in capping or uncapping. Until then keep your mouth shut.

 Yes a phone company can and does. Unlimited is not unlimited with that either.

yes they send you a bill. You know that already. common sense.

yah its called a meter.

does my internet company tell me how much i've used? nope! because its stated as unlimited. no caps on mine. Then again i use a local company.
