Where settings are saved? Fedex tool

Im trying to have an app copy this »fedex.com/us/solutions/multiweig···dex.html with my settings already configured. They have an xml file, and you can use the tool to import and export settings.

What I need to do though is copy the app (working and runs ok) BUT have the settings configured WITHOUT using the import function of the tool...

THere is an XML file here, if I copy it to the new machine, the software just ignores it.
C:\Program Files\FedEx Ground Multiweight Courtesy Rating Tool

I guess the question would be is, how can I view where these settings are saved (registry or file) when the import function is run?

Im trying Procmon.exe but it has me all types of confused lol.
