 | Godaddy outages, need new email host Our company has been using Godaddy for our domain email. 1. Can anyone recommend a hosting company for about 100 email users? 2. Does anyone have experience leaving godaddy to a new email provider?
Thanks, Brian |

 | I switch to Google apps, so far it's been very good. One issue, I have a salesman that needs his secretary to get his email, needed to put the account into recent mode. This way two computers can download the same account and get all messages. Normally, first one to send/receive gets the message.
If it wasn't for the difference in folders(Outlook) and Labels(Google). I would switch to imap from pop, but my users short circuit with the smallest change....
Thanks, Brian |

 | Now in "recent" mode, peopel are getting their sent email too, is there a fix or workaround? Been a tough few days... Thanks for any help! Brian |

Brian Have you tried creating a filter to delete message in which the from address is the user's? -- "Hoaxes use weaknesses in human behaviour to ensure they are replicated and distributed. | Yes, I am using rules to delete the sent "in inbox" message. Kind of gives the users a lack of confidence that we have to use a "workaround" for google.... |
