Ok this is my story , I called bell a few days ago to cancel my connection. They told me they would do it in 30 days I agreed .Same night I called teksavvy to hook up with them, I received my modem today ,hooked it up and a no go .I do not get a signal from my new teksavvy modem585 the broadband signal does not light up .I hooked up my old sympatico modem and it still works obviously, they said they would cancel the connection in 30 days .Do you think that this has anything to do with me not getting a signal on my new modem? Thanks |
