Could you please test that number once more? This is likely related to network issue detailed in our announcement.

It happened on several different numbers earlier.
I tried again on several numbers and all calls went through, no busys, but some had a lag before connecting.

VTWhite is having the same issues. I suspect something is still not quite right with Level(3).

sip.vtwhite.com completes the call, the busy signal comes in the RTP audio from Level(3).

I just tried dialing a conf toll free number.
The first time I got a message in something like chinese and then a english translation saying that the number did not exist. The second time I got a fast busy. The third time the call went through.

Having the same issue with both my ViaTalk line and my AT&T CallVantage line. Calls from my AT&T iPhone work fine. Is there something in common between VT and CV that would explain why they both are failing the same way? Seems pretty clear its nothing on my end ...

STILL having this issue. Does anyone have any news on what's going on with this? BOth my wife and I work from home and we have to make a LOT of calls to toll-free conference calling services. This is severely impacting us.

Whew, now this is strange ...

I called the Sheraton number and got a recording saying that I was calling from outside the USA and that the call would not be toll-free if I chose to continue (that I'd be charged international rates). What the heck?

I got the same message earlier. I was calling Metlife in the USA, 800 number. Called back and it worked fine.

It just wasn't clear to me from the way you phrased it, are your calls working or not? That is, do you still get a fast busy or fo they ring and get answered? Thanks.

sorry for the confusing word "connect," which means the calls went through. no rings, no busys today. times to connect given above. i can bank on 20 seconds of silent suspense on every call.

I have a dead line after calling 1-800-637-5822. Registration is fine. This morning another 877 number worked ok.
