VTWhite is having the same issues. I suspect something is still not quite right with Level(3).
sip.vtwhite.com completes the call, the busy signal comes in the RTP audio from Level(3). |

I just tried dialing a conf toll free number.
The first time I got a message in something like chinese and then a english translation saying that the number did not exist. The second time I got a fast busy. The third time the call went through. |

I called the Sheraton number and got a recording saying that I was calling from outside the USA and that the call would not be toll-free if I chose to continue (that I'd be charged international rates). What the heck? |
