It seems that the majority of the smaller ISPs (minus the super small ISPs) don't. Neither does my regional ILEC.

I can verify that they do NOT have any caps. If someone was going to be cut off by Buckeye, it would be me!

Personally, I feel that only $10 more is perfect. I can't wait to get it!

It seems like that's the new trend, but I haven't heard of any plans to cap yet. Buckeye likes to distinguish itself from the competition as much as possible (that being Comcast and AT&T). Comcast already caps and AT&T is now experimenting, so I think that's one selling point that management will be hesitant to give up. Still, there's no denying that it's a future possibility.
