BTW if my phone goes out at 7PM, they don't have to wait until 9AM. I'm a night owl. They can show up at 11PM or even 1AM. At 9AM I'm liable to be asleep .
That'll never happen. AT&T killed my phone + ADSL on a Friday evening (contractors on VRAD) and wouldn't come to fix it until Monday (actually scheduled me for Tuesday as the earliest ). -- Canada = Hollywood North
