Would Hollywood sue the Post Office

for not stopping pirated copies of movies being delivered by mail? No of course not. Can someone explain the difference?

People realize how difficult it would be for the Post Office to have to prove everything that goes through the mail is legitimate, but too many people are still under the delusion that all ISPs have to do is hook it up a few boxes, and suddenly all piracy will end.
