surrealuv join:2008-09-23 Finksburg, MD	[Other] snom m3 with callcentric hi, keep getting "authentication error" on snom m3 phone ....have gone through steps for setup with no problem...phone does recognize the gateway and visaversa my callcentric soft phone can call out but now no calls in... Help !!

I don't use callcentric, but my m3 is registered with 5 providers with no trouble at all. On the web interface you can look at the SIP trace. You should not need to delete it---just turn the CallCentric softphone OFF (that is, EXIT). (If you have the CC softphone running, and the Snom running at the same time, they are both going to be trying to register to the same account. This is like two girlfriends pulling you in different directions).
