Correct, you can't buy Buffalo products in the US right now. So just buy the ASUS WL-520GU which is the same as a Buffalo WHR-G125 which has a 240 mhz CPU (not 216 as incorrectly mentioned above). It still won't hit 50 megs though.

In short, you'll need an 802.11n router to hit 50 Mbps, though your WRT54G v3 should be ble to hit 22 Mbps speeds without too much of a problem. If you're looking for a good n router, the WRT310N (what I have) is rather expensive ($85+) but it works great with DD-WRT.

hmm that sucks, i heard Buffalo made really good home routers. but i have seen some .com places still selling them but i guess it is hard to recall back all the product from the 100s of .coms.
