| YES!!!there sevice is realy bad in rustburg right now.I upgraded to the 60$ package and now im paying this for this laggy connection.It was great until last week ,now i cant even play games or look at youtube..... |

What exactly do you mean? Getting through to tech support or the call center?
It's either a capacity issue or local RF problems. From what i know it's a 50/50 chance.
Believe me if you are nice to the local call center, you'll get farther.
BTW, I do not work for them nor have service from them, nor would shill for them. |

Everybodys happy because there not keeping an eye on there speeds.Before the problems last week i was getting 5000 to 5500 down and 630 to 640 upload for60$.Now after the service is back up and running im only getting 3000 to 3500 down and 500 to 580 up.If i have to pay for the Mach3 why cant i get the speeds that i had.I havent changed anything in my setup and i have checked it on the desktop and laptop.Also i check for the speeds in the early am hours.Guess i will just go back to mach2 |
