Outbound is working perfectly.   <br><br>Only having problems with calls placed from Verizon and ATT. <title>Service problems at multiple VoIP providers ~11/20/08?</title>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1572525"><b>PX Eliezer</b></A> : Today, I have experienced various unusual events including dropped calls, failed calls, repeated incoming disconnects.<br><br>Unusual also in that this was with several carriers including Voip.MS, callwithus, and CallCentric.<br><br>Occurred at two different locations, by the way, hence two different routers.  ISP is OptimumOnline at both locations, but that's been fine.<br><br><b>Over at the ViaTalk forum, there is a posting today about a problem with Level3's fiber network causing failed calls.  I wonder if this is a general problem, because Level3 serves so many carriers.</b><br><br>Anybody else having problems?]]></description>
