Teksavvy in Newfoundland?

I was reading a post from earlier in the year indicating that TekSavvy was working on offering DSL in the Atlantic Provinces. Any word on how that's coming along? I sure could use an alternative to Rogers that didn't treat their customers with contempt

 TSI CEO did say that until the throttling issue went un-answered by the CRTC, their expansion would be limited. Now that it has been answered in a negative fashion, I'm not sure what are Rocky's plans.

I would love for my parents to get TSI, which live in New Brunswick.
