Sure, The MAFIAA can afford it - but the ISPs cannot afford to lose money on legal fees. Eventually they'll just resort to giving up and letting the MAFIAA have what they want.. "just don't sue us".

If this was not the case, we'd already be knee deep in the same crap that the much smaller ISP's in Australia are involved in.
Comcast, AT&T, and Verizon are not as easy to push around. But that is the only thing saving us all from a disaster at the hands of the RIAA. |
