Canonsburg, PA		 Speeds greater than 5 Mbps are desirable but the bigger problem in the U. S. is the number of people who can't get 1.5 Mbps affordably without caps etc.

Actually - I would put the number at 2% or less that NEED it - you are mentioning WANT not NEED and there is a difference.
