2 edits | Availability Contradictions? Hey TekSavvy,
I'm a long time Rogers customer (unfortunately) and I've basically had enough of their bandwidth oppression. I have spent months trying to move over to TekSavvy but have been hit by a weird conundrum.
According to one of your sales representative, I don't have availability for the 5 mbps connection. However, when I emailed Acanac who also provide ADSL, they told me I do have availability.
So I'm really confused and I really want to make a switch but it's getting confusing.
Any help would be highly appreciated =)!
