Thanks for your suggestions. No Joy still. I did figure out the SSH inerface and got into the Telogy Software Interface MXP> prompt. This is a great way to quickly make and apply changes and try the call again.
I tryed (at least ) the following:
set tcid 0 cid number '\%2b1999000115555'
set tcid 0 cid number '\+1999000115555'
set tcid 0 cid number '+1999000115555'
set tcid 0 cid number '001999000115555'
set tcid 0 cid number '1999000115555'
along with an activate command...no joy man.
It refuses to send along the plus sign and Raketu wont place the call.
Trying to get my 10 bucks back from these guys, what a shame cuz at least they HAVE a working customer support email system unlike those betamax jerks. |
