250gb drive 3partitions how to make just one

Wife's pc has a 250gb drive split into three partitions. One 20gb, one 110gb and one 105gb. Somehow the OS went on the smallest and it is filling up. How do I go about increasing the size of that partition or do away with the partitioning all together? Can I do it without having to restore everything?

 Rule 1: Back up everything on all 3 partitions.

Then, get a copy of
Acronis Disk Director

There are probably other solutions available - some may be free. But this works reliably.

Hirens Boot-CD run Partition Magic off of it and combine partitions. Problem Solved.
