:When you say reboot - the power light goes off then comes on? or just the DSL light goes of then on? If its the power light - then its bad modem. If its the DSL light - then it could be anything - bad modem, bad jack, bad wiring (inside or outside), it could in the Central Office - no telling.
The power light stays on but the DSL light sometimes turns red but usually is just disconnects and reconnects so fast that the light does not become red. I can tell because I get a new IP address in my router.
