Some OCZ supplies are FSP/Fortron built and won't be high end by any stretch of the meaning. When you run these FSP supplies the Ripple current values increase significantly and that can be detrimental to a mainboard and other parts.

With that said, 600 watts with the right power for the 12V rail(s) would work. Your system isn't a power hog anyways, unless it is a DFI mainboard, those are power hogs, I have one.
