Anyone know of a location to mail issues to Comcast Business Services? My only option has been to call in and the ticket gets promoted to Tier 2+ or whatever and then I never hear back from them.
They do not seem to understand exchange very well as I need to get S/MIME capabilities installed but they think it is a security issue. I would like to mail them and explain in more detail as that may assist their team.

| Call into tech support and ask for the local number for the commercial business office in your area. Call that number, and they'll be able to give you an address. Also, get a ticket number for your call and note that in your letter.
Failing that, get yourself up to Tier 2 and use the ticket number you just got. |
