| Does Dalaran have trainers? I see my scribe maxing long before I level him to 68. Would be okay to set my hearth there with the portals, but wouldn't want to set it at a starter area and have to buy ports back every time. |

Haven't seen any low-levels running around Valiance Keep or Dalaran either, which I thought was odd. Lvl 1's where all over Shatt. |

They do have ports to Shat, SW, Ironforge, Exodar and I think Darnassus so there's no reason not to set your hearthstone there if you're the appropriate level to quest there. |

I was thinking of trainers like Insciption or Alchemy. I was on the Zeplin to BT last night with a lvl 50 hunter and he made it without a problem. I'm sure the mobs outside made short work of him, but I know I can get there when I reach min level to raise my cap to 450. |
