This guy is off his meds. If he had said 80% of the NEW broadband users between now and 2013, I could MAYBE see it. But there is no way in 7734 that they will get that many people to switch. On top of that it would be virtually impossible for them to boost the capacity of all those towers enough to carry (say 3000?) users(per tower) at 20meg each(which by 2013 will probably be the "standard" broadband speed).
