Have to be a billionaire to afford the overuse charges
In Canada one gigabyte a month is considered taboo. Anything over that and you're looking at anywhere from 100 to 10,000,000 dollars in overuse charges. The internet is almost dead in this country. Most people have just given up or gone back to dial-up from America.
