| [TWC] RoadRunner not running so fast (nightly) live in Bell CA, 90201 everyday pretty much after 4PM till 1AM it just slows down to a crawl this has happened for the past 2 weeks.
I called CS about 5 times so far first they tell me it's them modem then they tell me it's the router..
anyone have the same problem? or is it possible my modem takes a nap at 4PM every day.
