<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1598830"><b>jozef0426</b></A> : live in Bell CA, 90201 everyday pretty much after 4PM till 1AM it just slows down to a crawl this has happened for the past 2 weeks.<br><br>I called CS about 5 times so far first they tell me it's them modem then they tell me it's the router..<br><br>anyone have the same problem? or is it possible my modem takes a nap at 4PM every day.<br><br>thanks]]></description>
