Speeds are still blowful, here. Can't even get speedtest.net to give me a report on the upload and download's down to 8Mbps.

Is this outage still active? My speeds in Chesapeake have been terrible in the evenings, but seem ok when I get up in the morning. I didn't see anything listed in Network Outages?

I first noticed the slow speeds this past weekend.

No this outage is no longer active. It was determined that the problem was on a upstream provider and they were already aware of the issue.
