I'd love to see fast/reliable/uncapped wireless broadband. Right now for home broadband, its generally cable vs. DSL. Which is basically a duopoly of sorts. It would cost too much for any new company to lay down cable to develop a wired infrastructure, so the only way to get competition would be through wireless internet.
I'm not sure if I think we'll see it by 2013, but I'm all for it, the more competition the better.
