@co.th		Adjusting colors in LCD monitor?

I'm using a 22" Acer P223w LCD monitor. However, I feel it's overbright. Anyone know what are the optimum settings for its brightness/contrast to make it look the best? I want to get the best out of it.

The monitor calibration website was good. It seems my monitor is at set properly. So I feel I'm good. Thanks, CylonRed
